The June lecture of St Hilary Local History Group is entitled 'The Bishop, the Curate and the Donkey: a Story of Cury and Gunwalloe in 1919'.  Michael Tedder will give an account of the story of the eviction of the curate Sandy Wason from Cury and Gunwalloe and his flight to St Hilary a century ago.   All welcome.
