Schools Visits to the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden
Tate St Ives offers a programme of international modern and contemporary art presented in the unique context of St Ives. Situated on Porthmeor Beach, the gallery building celebrates the modernist legacy of the towns international artist colony with a broad programme of temporary exhibitions and displays encompassing the re-examination of modernism in St Ives.
The displays at Tate St Ives change three times a year, generally in January, May and October. These temporary exhibitions focus on a particular artist or theme.
Tate St Ives also manages the Barbara Hepworth Museum & Sculpture Garden, which gives a remarkable insight into one of the 2oth centurys most influential sculptors. Please see the separate page for the Barbara Hepworth Museum & Sculpture Garden for more information.
