Museum Description
The Heritage Centre houses a fine display of local social history including geology and the effects of the oceans. Topics of interest are shipping, shipwrecks and the Bude canal. Famous local people featured are the Grenvilles 'English Civil War', the Rev. Hawker 'The song of the Western Men' and the life story of Cornwall's forgotten genius Sir Goldsworthy Gurney.
Adjacent to the fine restaurant is the exhibition gallery displaying works by local artists.
