It covers his Christmas Plays in the 1920s being one of the first outside broadcasts made by the then British Broadcasting Company; his friendships with the Newlyn School artists; association with many of the leading literary and cultural figures of the day including Bernard Shaw, Compton Mackenzie and Roger Fry; the local farming community and the conflict that his Anglo Catholicism brought to St Hilary Church and himself.
