A grocery store from the last century presenting the visitor with a time capsule of days gone by when personal service and home deliveries were the order of the day.
The museum is owned and managed by the Tamar Protection Society - an environmental group which manages an additional museum of Tudor Elizabethan life and gardening at Mary Newmans Cottage.
Disabled access to ground floor only.

The Exhibition for 2015 will be The Waterloo Campaign 1815
Plans for the exhibition are well advanced so make a note in your diary to visit.
The 2015 exhibition will again be free to enter and enjoy although a small donation towards the work of the Society would be much appreciated, as would any comments you may have.
As always, group visits are most welcome and can be arranged by contacting Maggie 01752 842132 or Brigette 01579 384381.

Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 2.00 to 4.00 Easter to end of September.
Groups and party visits most welcome outside normal opening times by arrangement.
